Abstract:
The purpose of the invention is to provide a charging control apparatus and a charging system, wherein power is fed to a battery of a rechargeable vehicle. The present invention assumes a charging control apparatus (120) and a charging system (100), wherein a plurality of chargers can be controlled. The charging control apparatus (120) is provided with a product purchasing-signal obtaining means (350) and a charger selecting means (360). The product purchasing-signal obtaining means (350) obtains a product purchasing signal from a vending machine (130). When the product purchasing-signal obtaining means (350) obtains the product purchasing signal, the charger selecting means (360) searches for a charger (110) that is usable at the point of time when the product was purchased from among a plurality of chargers (110), transmits an ON signal for making the charger (110) proceed to a chargeable state, and recognizes that the charger (110) is in an unusable state from when the ON signal was transmitted until a signal to the effect that the charger (110) has finished charging is received.
