Abstract:
This charging control device 100 for an electricity storage element is equipped with a calculation unit 120 which calculates the current command value of charging current of the electricity storage element 62 in such a manner that a current limit value prescribed by current limiting characteristics is not exceeded, and the current limiting characteristics are such that the current limiting value is constant in a first region in which the voltage of the electricity storage element 62 is at or below a first voltage which is lower than the CV voltage during CV charging, and the current limiting value falls as the voltage increases in a second region in which the voltage of the electricity storage element 62 ranges from the first voltage to the CV voltage. The current limiting characteristics are such that a plurality of the current limiting values in the first region and the current limiting values in the second region are provided according to the temperature of the electricity storage element, with the inclination with which the current limiting value in the second region falls according to the increase in voltage differing between the plurality of current limiting characteristics. The calculation unit 120 calculates the current command value for the second region so as to have a delay with respect to the current limiting value, on the basis of the past current command values and the current limiting value prescribed by current limiting characteristics.
