Abstract:
In a charging control device 10, a processor 12: calculates, on the basis of a first accumulated amount, which is an accumulated amount of storage degradation of a battery 20 at a first time point, and a second accumulated amount, which is the accumulated amount of the storage degradation at a second time point after elapse of a predetermined period from the first time point, a speed of increase of the storage degradation during the predetermined period; predicts a third accumulated amount which is the accumulated amount of the storage degradation when the calculated speed of increase of the storage degradation is assumed to be retained until a target operation time of the battery; predicts, on the basis of a first capacity retention rate, which is a capacity retention rate of the battery at the second time point, the third accumulated amount and the second accumulated amount, a second capacity retention rate which is the capacity retention rate during the target operation time; and controls a fully charged voltage value on the basis of the second capacity retention rate.
