Abstract:
A charging control system has a charging control unit (17) and a charging scheduling unit (15). The charging control unit (17) controls charging so that when charging to an EV satisfies a predetermined condition, charging is performed from a stationary energy storage to the EV and when charging to the EV does not satisfy the condition, charging is performed from a power distribution network and an information and communication network (1) to the EV and also charging is performed from the power distribution network and the information and communication network (1) to the stationary energy storage, depending on the state of charge of the stationary energy storage. The charging scheduling unit (15) performs scheduling of EV charging on the basis of power demand caused by charging from the power distribution network and the information and communication network (1) to the EV, including power demand caused by charging performed under the control of the charging control unit (17).
