Abstract:
A charging and discharging apparatus where an input is connected to a power source comprises a switching circuit (44) that adjusts an output current (IB) to a power storage unit (60) connected to an output and a control unit (46) that produces an ON-OFF signal (DGC) for the switching circuit (44). The control unit (46) has a temperature rise control unit (70) that, on the basis of a signal (BTMP) corresponding to the temperature of the power storage unit (60), produces a separate control signal (FC) that adjusts the ripple component of the output current (IB) and a control signal (OFS) that adjusts the non-ripple component of the output current (IB). In addition, on the basis of the control signal (FC) and the control signal (OFS), the control unit (46) produces an ON-OFF signal (DGC) and outputs the same to the switching circuit (44).
