A charging handle socket and a charging pile comprising the socket. The present invention is used to solve the problem in existing charging piles wherein excessive friction exists between a charging handle and a charging handle socket. The charging handle socket comprises a housing (1) and a plurality of guide structures (2), the housing (1) being a cylindrical structure and the plurality of guide structures (2) being provided on an inner wall of the cylindrical structure; the plurality of guide structures (2) forms a guide cavity, and a charging handle may be inserted into/extracted from the housing (1) along the axial direction of the cylindrical structure by means of the guide cavity. By means of a manner of providing the guide structures (2) on the inner wall of the housing (1), the surface friction between an external edge of the charging handle and the inner wall of the housing (1) changes to linear friction during the process of inserting/extracting the charging handle into/from the charging handle socket, which greatly reduces friction such that the charging handle is smoothly plugged in and pulled out, thereby improving user experience.
