Abstract:
Provided by the present invention are a charging management method, comprising: determining whether charging is complete; querying a charging completion time when charging is complete; determining whether the charging completion time is within a preset time range; if within the preset time range, sending a charging completion reminder; determining whether a vehicle leaves within a buffer time; if the vehicle does not leave within the buffer time, querying the time a vehicle leaves and calculating a retention time; querying a distribution circumstance of the retention time within a retention period; and calculating and sending a retention fee. By means of promptly sending a charging completion reminder after charging is complete and calculating the retention fee according to the retention time, a user is prompted to promptly leave the charging device after charging is complete, which reduces the occupation of the charging device and increases the utilization rate of the charging device.
