Abstract:
Provided are a charging mechanism and an electric toothbrush (100), said charging mechanism being used for the electric toothbrush (100); the charging mechanism comprises a charging base (200) for use with and fitting the electric toothbrush (100); the electric toothbrush (100) comprises a brush head (10) and a brush handle (30) connected to the brush head (10); the brush handle (30) comprises a housing (301) and an end cap (302); the end cap (302) closes and is connected to the lower end (301b) of the housing (301); the brush head (10) is connected to the upper end (301a) of the housing (301); the end cap (302) is internally provided with a first magnet (303) and a contact terminal (304); the charging base (200) is internally provided with a second magnet (206) and a connection terminal (202); the first magnet (303) and second magnet (206) attract one another, and the contact terminal (304) abuts against the connection terminal (202) and conducts electricity therewith. The charging mechanism enables stable and highly efficient charging whenever the electric toothbrush (100) and the charging base (200) are connected together.
