A charging method and device for reducing interference of module components in a terminal device caused by a charging device during charging of the terminal device. The charging device acquires an operating status of a sensitive module component in the terminal device, the sensitive module component being a module component that is interfered with during charging of the terminal device by the charging device at a sensitive frequency, and the sensitive frequency being located in a range of a charging frequency band of the charging device. When the operating status is an on state, the charging device determines a secure charging parameter, the secure charging parameter comprising at least one of a secure charging frequency, a secure charging current, and a secure charging voltage. The charging device charges the terminal device by using the secure charging parameter, wherein the sensitive charging module operates normally when the secure charging parameter is used by the wireless charging device to charge the terminal device.
