A charging model providing-method and apparatus, a charging method and charging management system can choose the charging model or execute the charging activities by loading the charging plug-in modules according to the different charging model. This charging method makes those plug-in modules separate from the management system, whereas, the management system can obtain the relative content from those charging plug-in modules by the standard interfaces. By this method, the original management system need not update when adding a new charging model. This method could simplify the development of a new charging model, and accelerate the diversity process of the data services charging model.
