Abstract:
Provided is a charging part mounting structure in the rear of a vehicle body that: increases the stiffness of the rear of a vehicle body; enables a charging cable to be routed without adding a large load; prevents the deterioration of charging parts due to external factors; and enables charging parts to be easily mounted. The charging part mounting structure in the rear of a vehicle is characterized in that: a charger (10) for charging a battery is positioned in a spare tire housing (3); a charging connector (11), which is configured so as to be able to supply power to the charger (10), is connected to the charger (10) by a charging cable (12), and is positioned at the rear of the vehicle in the spare tire housing (3); a through-hole (3b) is formed in the peripheral wall (3a) of the spare tire housing (3); a cover member (4), which is joined to a rear floor panel (2) and forms a closed section, is provided; said cover member (4) extends from the peripheral wall (3a) of the spare tire housing (3) toward the charging connector (11) so as to link a space comprising the closed section with the through-hole (3b); and the charging cable (12) is positioned so as to pass through the through-hole (3b) and the space formed by the closed section.
