Abstract:
This invention is provided with a plurality of chargers 2-1, 2-2,..., 2-N; a power distribution board (101) for receiving power from a power supply grid (20) and supplying power to the plurality of chargers and electrical facilities 1-1, 1-2, 1-3,..., 1-M other than chargers; a first power measurement unit (102) for measuring power consumed by the electrical facilities other than chargers; a second power measurement unit (103) for measuring power consumed by each of the chargers; an AC/DC converter (104) for converting power supplied from the power distribution board (101) from alternating current to direct current and supplying the power to the chargers; and a power controller (403) for determining power allocated to a charger, on the basis of the conversion efficiency of the AC/DC converter and of the power consumed by the other chargers and the electrical facilities other than chargers. Each of the chargers is provided with a charger controller (201) for receiving notification regarding the allocated power, and determining the charge current to be supplied to a connected secondary cell within a range that does not exceed the allocated power.
