Abstract:
A charging protection circuit (13). The charging protection circuit (13) realizes over-current protection by using a four-terminal NMOS switch tube (131), and performs floating management on a Sub port of the four-terminal NMOS switch tube (131). Specifically, when the four-terminal NMOS switch tube (131) is turned on, the potential of the Sub port is pulled up, thereby preventing an excessive internal resistance of the four-terminal NMOS switch tube (131) due to an excessive voltage between the Sub port and a drain of the four-terminal NMOS switch tube (131). In addition, further provided are a charging circuit (10) and an electronic device.
