Abstract:
A charging protection method and apparatus, comprising: obtaining at least two charging current values (101); calculating a charging current change ratio according to the at least two obtained charging current values (102); and when the charging current change ratio is less than or equal to a preset threshold, executing a preset charging protection operation (103). The charging protection method and apparatus can protect a charging device according to the charging current change ratio, and therefore the charging safety and reliability of the charging device are improved, and the service life of a battery can be prolonged.
