Abstract:
A station 200 is provided with: a table 202 on which a robot 100 rides up; a frame 206 disposed so as to surround the perimeter of the table 202; a charging unit for charging the robot 100 on the table 202; a movement mechanism for moving the frame 206 along the perimeter of the table 202; and a movement control unit for controlling the movement mechanism. The station 200 can be equipped with a reference value-providing unit for providing an object to be detected by a built-in sensor for calibration operations for said sensor by the robot 100 and outputting a signal representing a correct detected value for said object being detected.
