Abstract:

Provided are a charging system, a charging device, and a charging method, wherein it is possible to charge for a device-to-device communication (D2D communication) when the device-to-device communication is established using a wireless access network such as an LTE. A terminal (400A) transmits a set of charging-related information used for charging a direct communication to a charging device (200). The charging device (200) acquires the charging-related information from a wireless communication terminal and generates charging information for the direct communication on the basis of the acquired charging-related information.
