A charging system for electric bicycles, comprising a charging station body (2). The charging station body (2) comprises a charging cabinet (21) used for supplying power to a power box (12) on an electric bicycle body (1); the power box (12) may be separated from the electric bicycle body (1), charging ports are arranged on the charging cabinet (21), and the power box (12) is separated from the electric bicycle body (1) and then inserted into a charging port for charging; the charging cabinet (21) is provided on one side of the charging station body (2), and the other side of the charging station body (2) is provided with a power generation assembly (3); and the power generation assembly (3) comprises a generator (32) and a sprocket (34). A user drives the sprocket (34) to rotate by means of manpower, and the sprocket (34) drives the generator (32) to rotate, so that the generator (32) generates electricity. By means of placing the power box (12) in the charging station for charging and storage, it is convenient for the user to store the power box (12). At the same time, the user drives the generator (32) to generate electricity by means of manpower, which helps the user get exercise. The charging system has a stable structure and is easy to use.
