Abstract:

A charging system of a stringing-less traffic system arranged such that the electricity accumulator of a vehicle is charged by a charger provided on the ground side when the vehicle mounting the electricity accumulator stops at a station on a track. The track consists of a first track and a second track, the station is provided with a station controller for detecting stoppage of the vehicle, the charger is provided with a first power line for supplying power to a vehicle on the first track and a second power line for supplying power to a vehicle on the second track, the first and second power lines are provided, respectively, with a switching means for controlling the flow of power being supplied from the charger, and when the switching means is controlled by the station controller, the charger charges any one of the vehicle on the first track or the vehicle on the second track.
