Abstract:
A charging system for a vehicle-mounted power battery of a diesel-electric hybrid power locomotive. A three-phase alternating current or a ground alternating current produced by a main generator of a diesel generating set is rectified and filtered into a direct current by means of an AC/DC converter device and a supporting capacitor; a positive electrode circuit of the direct current is connected to a positive electrode of the power battery by means of a high-voltage chopped-wave electronic switch and a flat-wave electric reactor; a negative electrode circuit of the direct current is connected to a negative electrode of the power battery; a locomotive microcomputer controls an excitation driving module of the main generator according to information of a power battery management system so as to control output power of the main generator; and a DCU controller controls the high-voltage chopped-wave electronic switch according to a control instruction sent by the locomotive microcomputer so as to control the best charging current of the power battery. By using the charging system, a diesel generating set and a ground power supply both can quickly charge a power battery pack; only a voltage conversion device with a small size, low costs and high reliability is required to be disposed on the ground.
