Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to improve the rigidity of a chassis by casting steel into at least one end of a cylindrical body formed of an aluminum alloy. A chassis structure for housing a resolver according to the present invention comprises: a steel ring cast into at least one end of a cylindrical body (1) formed of an aluminum alloy; and a pair of holding portions (5, 9) provided on the inner surface of the cylindrical body (1). Each of the holding portions (5, 9) holds the circular stator (8) of a resolver (7) and improves the rigidity of the cylindrical body (1).
