Abstract:
[PROBLEMS TO BE SOLVED] In a two-dimensional chat system, an operation burden on
users is reduced at the time when the users refer to utterance sentences provided over
a wide scope of a chat canvas, and their provided positions and contents can be
easily grasped. [MEANS FO SOLVING THE PROBLEMS] A module receives chat data including
utterance sentence text data and position information of objects provided in
a chat canvas from a chat server and stores them at a memory; a module projects the
objects provided in the chat canvas to a screen viewed from a virtual camera in
a three-dimensional virtual space and calculates positions of the objects on
the screen; and a module displays the utterance sentence text data corresponding
to the objects on a chat window in accordance with the positions of the objects
on the screen, wherein a position of the virtual camera in the three-dimensional virtual
space, a looking direction or camera parameters are changed in accordance with
user's input.
