Abstract:

[Problem] To reduce assembly man-hours and to reduce the risk of a fluid leaking. [Solution] A check valve device 10 that has a body 11, a first flow path 20 that passes through the body 11, forms a first input port 15 at which one end thereof opens at an outer surface of the body 11, and forms a first output port 16 at which the other end thereof opens at the outer surface of the body 11, a first valve element housing chamber 21 that is provided at a middle portion of the first flow path 20, a first valve opening 22 at which an upstream end part the first valve element housing chamber 21 narrows, a first valve element 60 that is housed in the first valve element housing chamber 21 so as to be capable of linear movement, opens/closes the first valve opening 22, and is urged toward the first valve opening 22, and a side flow path 50 that intersects the first flow path 20, forms a second input port 17 at which one end thereof opens at the outer surface of the body 11, and, at the other end thereof, opens at an inside surface of the first valve element housing chamber 21.
