Technical Field

[1] The present invention relates to check valve structure of a cosmetics case in tube type, and more particularly to check valve structure of a cosmetics case in tube type of which the upper part is formed widely open and the lower parts are in contact in pile type and is closed as it goes lower end; and usually is installed to one end of the cosmetic case in tube type which is closed by pressure to the cosmetic case in tube type in use and is open by releasing the pressing force, and having the cosmetic case in tube type to shrink and retrieve readily by the repeated pressure and release so as to make the pressure action to the cosmetic case in tube type easy, and therefore convenient for the contents (cosmetics) inside of the cosmetic case in tube type to come out with ease. [2] Generally, a check valve is open to one direction so that the stream of fluid flows in one direction only, and is keeping fluid from flowing in the reverse direction.

[3] Referred to Fig.5 and Fig. 6, shows an example of a check valve acting as the above, the check valve is fixed with a fixing element 116 in which a ball 112 and a spring 114 are inserted to inside of the valve body 110.

[5] Therefore, the check valve 100 which opens and closes the valve hole 118 by pressure and release of the cosmetic case in tube type 120 as above has defects in which the ball 112 does not close the valve hole 118 due to the weakened elasticity of the spring 114 by using it long time and which a number of parts forming the check valve 100 makes the manufacture complicated, and many troubles during use.

[6] The present invention is directed to solve the various conventional defects by providing the check valve structure for the cosmetic case in tube type, which is made from a flexible material; of which the upper part is formed widely open and the lower parts are in contact in pile type and is closed as it goes lower end; and usually is

installed to one end of the cosmetic case in tube type which is closed by pressure to the cosmetic case in tube type in use and is open by releasing the pressing force, and having the cosmetic case in tube type to shrink and retrieve readily by the repeated pressure and release so as to make the pressure action to the cosmetic case in tube type easy, and therefore convenient for the contents (cosmetics) inside of the cosmetic case in tube type to come out with ease. [9] The present invention of the check valve structure of a cosmetics case in tube type is made from a flexible material, of which the upper part is formed widely open and the lower parts are in contact in pile type and is closed as it goes lower end; and usually is installed to one end of the cosmetic case in tube type which is closed by pressure to the cosmetic case in tube type in use and is open by releasing the pressing force, and having the cosmetic case in tube type to shrink and retrieve readily by the repeated pressure and release so as to make the pressure action to the cosmetic case in tube type easy, and therefore convenient for the contents (cosmetics) inside of the cosmetic case in tube type to come out with ease. Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention

[16] Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[17] As illustrated in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, a check valve 10 of the present invention is made from a flexible materials and the central part is formed penetrating top and bottom and the upper part is forming the widely open valve hole 14 and the valve body 12 is formed having the opening and closing part which is narrowed as it goes to the lower part.

[18] The opening and closing part 16 is of which one end 16a and another end 16b is in contact in pile type and closed, and is pliable.

[19] The insert rim 18 is formed around the valve body 12 as above, and the insertion rim 18 is installed to the insertion hole 22 which is formed of one side of the cosmetic case in tube type 20.

[20] Therefore, the check valve 10 of the present invention described in FIG. 3 is inserted to the insertion hole 18 which is formed one side of the cosmetic case in tube type having the ejection part 24; and after putting the opening and closing part 16 which is the lower part of the valve body 12 of check valve 10 to the insertion hole 18, and insert the upper part by compulsion so that the insertion rim 18 around of the valve body 12 is fixed and installed.

[21] Here, since the check valve 10 is made from elastic and flexible material to be able to insert and install in compulsion, and the insertion hole 22 is inserted and installed hermetically so that the insertion rim 18 and the insertion 22 can be inserted and installed hermetically.

[22] The check valve 10 installed as above is open by pressing the cosmetic case in tube type 20 and by the rising ejection part 24 due to the emanation pressure of the contents inside of the cosmetic case in tube type 20; and the contents (for example, liquefied cosmetics or powder) is ejected and impregnated to the makeup brush 26.

[23] Here, since the opening and closing part in the lower part of the check valve 10, which is installed to one side of the cosmetic case in tube type 20 is pliable and made from flexible material so as to be closed, the inside air of the cosmetic case in tube type 20 is only discharged through the ejection part 24.

[24] As above, ejecting contents (cosmetics and/or powder) is impregnated to the makeup brush 26; and pressure is released after use, the opening and closing part 16 in

the lower part of the check valve 10 is open; the opening and closing part 16 of the check valve 10 is open by absorption force which is absorbed by expansive force of the cosmetic case in tube type 20, described as above, and thereby air comes into the cosmetic case in tube type 20 through the valve hole 14 so that the cosmetic case in tube type 20 can be retrieved with ease.

[25] Therefore, the check valve 10 installed as above is having the cosmetic case in tube type to shrink and retrieve readily by the repeated pressure and release so as to make the pressure action of the cosmetic case in tube type easy, and therefore convenient for the contents (cosmetics) inside of the cosmetic case in tube type to come out with ease.
