Abstract:
Provided is a valve of a variable capacity compressor for an automobile, the valve incorporating: a valve seat which is formed so as to have a coolant inflow port; a valve casing which is provided on the upper part of the valve seat and is formed so as to have a plurality of coolant discharge ports along the circumferential surface of a cylindrical body; a spool valve which selectively opens and closes the coolant inflow port and coolant discharge port on the inside of the valve casing; and a resilient member which is provided between the valve casing and the spool valve. In the check valve of a variable capacity compressor for an automobile of the present invention: the valve casing comprises a first coolant discharge port formed extending in the length direction maintaining a narrow width to the front of the circumferential surface of the cylindrical body, a pair of second coolant discharge ports of which the positioning of the bottom edges is higher than the bottom edge of the first coolant discharge port on both the left and the right side of the first coolant discharge port, and a third coolant discharge port of which the positioning of the bottom edge is higher than the bottom edges of second coolant discharge ports on the circumferential surface of the cylindrical body facing the first coolant discharge port; at least one coolant guide recess is formed at an upwards incline in the upper edge of the inner wall in the valve seat; the coolant guide recess is positioned within the width range of the first coolant discharge port; a fine spacing is formed between the inner wall of the valve casing and the outer wall of the spool valve; and, when the coolant inflow port is opened, the front of the spool valve is raised up and hermetically fitted against the inner wall of the valve case.
