Abstract:
A checker head (1) which can be manufactured by a simple operation, can adapt to a large current, is difficult for the pressing pressure of a contact pin to become nonuniform, and requires fewer parts and a method of manufacturing it, wherein a self-fusing enamel wire having a diameter larger than the inner diameter of a spring (14) used as a conductive wire (15) is inserted into a hole (22a) formed in a rear surface plate (22) and fixed temporarily, the conductive wire is bonded completely with low viscosity adhesive agent and the projected part is removed to make it flat after the conductive wire has been fully inserted and wiring has been completed, and a front surface plate (20), an intermediate plate (21), the contact pin (10), and the spring (14) are assembled onto the conductive wire to produce the checker head.
