Abstract:
Provided is a chemical analysis device in which detection is carried out for assaying target molecules rapidly, at a low cost, and with high sensitivity. A chemical analysis device 600 comprises the following: a pretreatment part 60 that accommodates a trap 61 for trapping target molecules using a molecularly imprinted polymer that interacts with the target molecules contained in a sample; a sample introduction part 62 for feeding a sample to the pretreatment part 60; separation liquid feed part 67 for feeding separation liquid for separating the target molecules from the trap 61 to the pretreatment part 60; and an assay part 65 for assaying the target molecules separated from the trap 61 by the separation liquid.
