Abstract:
This chemical conversion treated steel sheet is equipped with: a steel sheet; an Fe-Sn alloy layer formed on at least one surface of the steel sheet; an Sn layer formed on the Fe-Sn alloy layer, and having a total Sn content with the Fe-Sn alloy layer of 0.1-15 g/m2, measured by metal Sn amount; and a chemical conversion treated film layer formed on the Sn layer and containing a Zr compound in the amount of 0.01-0.1 mg/m2, measured by metal Zr zmount, and a phosphoric acid compound in the amount of 0.01-5 mg/m2, measured by P amount.
