Abstract:

A chemical heat storage device 10 comprises a reaction vessel 11 that has a reaction material 15 to produce heat by a chemical reaction with a reaction medium and to store heat by desorbing the reaction medium when heat is applied, and an adsorption vessel 13 that is connected to the reaction vessel 11. The adsorption vessel 13 comprises an adsorption material 16 that adsorbs the reaction medium and desorbs the reaction medium and a container 17 to accommodate the adsorption material 16. A heat transfer material 18 that has a higher thermal conductivity than the adsorption material 16 and a higher heat capacity than the adsorption material 16 in the container 17 of the adsorption vessel 13 is mixed in the container 17 of the adsorption vessel 13 with the adsorption material 16.
