Abstract:
On the basis of a measured value of the foaming amount of circulating water, specifically of the foaming height in the circulating water tank, chemical injection control of a treatment chemical is performed for detackifying, aggregating and floating paint in circulating water in a wet-type painting booth. When the measured value of the foaming height becomes greater than or equal to a prescribed value A set in advance, adding of the treatment chemical is started or the amount added of the treatment chemical is increased; when the measured value of the foaming height becomes less than or equal to a prescribed value B set in advance, adding of the treatment chemical is stopped or the amount added of the treatment chemical is reduced.
