Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a pressurized suit that incorporates a self-contained breathing apparatus and wherein there is a favorable feeling upon use compared to conventional versions, a high-pressure air vessel does not snag upon removal, and the back surface of a head section and the bottom surface of a section accommodating the high-pressure air vessel do not cause taut discomfort when the user is in a squatting, forward-tilting posture. [Solution] The pressurized suit incorporating a self-contained breathing apparatus, the self-contained breathing apparatus being able to be worn within the suit, is a chemical protective clothing that protects the entire body by the integral formation of a head section, which covers the portion of the human body from the top of the head to the neck, a torso section, which covers the portion from the chest to the abdomen, arm sections, which cover the portions from the shoulders to the wrists, and leg sections, which cover the portions from the abdomen to the calves, in cooperation with gloves, which cover the portions from the wrists to the fingertips, and foot sections, which cover the portions from the calves to the toe tips. The back surface of the head section extends diagonally downwards towards the back surface of the torso section that is opposite the worn high-pressure air vessel of the self-contained breathing apparatus.
