This chemical supply device is provided with a housing having a water intake port, a water discharge port, and a housing cover. The water intake port and the water discharge port are arranged at the base portion of the housing. The water intake port receives raw water. The water discharge port discharges a chemical solution. The housing cover is disposed at the top of the housing. The chemical supply device is provided with a cylindrical container and a conduit, which are arranged inside the housing. The conduit connects the water intake port and an opening which is provided in the bottom surface of the cylindrical container. The cylindrical container has a partition plate. A water-soluble solid chemical can be placed on the upper surface of the partition plate. The partition plate horizontally divides the inside of the cylindrical container and allows the raw water to pass therethrough. The cylindrical container has a lower discharge hole and an upper discharge hole, which are provided in the side surface thereof. The lower discharge hole and the upper discharge hole are arranged above the partition plate at positions having different heights. The upper discharge hole is disposed above the lower discharge hole.
