Title:
CHEMICAL SYNTHESIS METHOD FOR O-ANTIGEN OLIGOSACCHARIDE OF PLESIOMONAS SHIGELLOIDES SEROTYPE O51
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/144508
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Disclosed is a chemical synthesis method for an O-antigen oligosaccharide of Plesiomonas shigelloides serotype O51, which method belongs to the field of chemistry. In the present invention, source-rich D-glucose, L-fucose, D-glucosamine, etc., are used as raw materials to prepare three glycosylated building blocks, a synthetic route composed of 11 reaction modules is designed, and the preparation of the target oligosaccharide chain is successfully completed by the optimization of protecting groups and the optimization of the timing of introduction of modifying groups. The raw materials of the oligosaccharide chain prepared in the present invention are cheap and readily available, the preparation method therefor is simple and repeatable, and same has a good application prospect in the development of new drugs and vaccines for Plesimonas shigelloides, etc.
