Claims:
CLAIMS

1. A chemical system integrated into a flush tank whereby a quantity of chemical is transferred into a ceramic sanitary ware (92) upon said system being triggered by a user characterized in that the chemical system comprises at least one chemical reservoir (7), in which the chemical is stored and which is positioned into the flush tank (91), and at least one pump (3), which enables the chemical to be drawn from the chemical reservoir (7) and to be transferred into the ceramic sanitary ware (92).

Chemical system according to Claim 1 characterized in that the chemical system comprises at least one button (10) enabling to impart on the pump (3) the force, which is required for said pump (3) to draw the chemical in the chemical reservoir (7) and transfer the same into the ceramic sanitary ware (92).

3. Chemical system according to Claim 2 characterized in that the button (10) comprises at least one pump contact surface (13) for transmitting the imparted force to the pump (3).

4. Chemical system according to Claim 2 characterized in that the chemical system comprises at least one button body (12), in which the button (10) will be positioned and will be able to freely move.

5. Chemical system according to Claim 4 characterized in that the button body (12) is fixed on the flush tank (91).

6. Chemical system according to Claim 5 characterized in that the chemical system comprises at least one fixing member (14) enabling the button body (12) to be fixed on the flush tank (91).

Chemical system according to Claim 6 characterized in that the fixing member (14) is a fixing member (14), which is fitted to the button body (12) from the other surface of the flush tank (91) or of the cover of the flush tank (91) afterthe button body (12) is passed through the hole on the flush tank (91) or on the cover of the flush tank (91) and which advances on the button body (12) and abuts the flush tank (91) or the cover of the flush tank (91) to enable the button body (12) to be fixed.

8. Chemical system according to Claim 4 characterized in that the chemical system comprises at least one reservoir button connecting piece (8), which enables the chemical reservoir (7) to be fixed on the button body (12) and the flush tank (91).

9. Chemical system according to Claim 1 characterized in that the chemical system comprises at least one pump housing (31) into which the pump (3) is positioned.

10. Chemical system according to Claim 8 or 9 characterized in that the pump housing (31) is fixed on the reservoir button connecting piece (8).

Chemical system according to Claim 1 characterized in that the chemical system comprises at least one injection tube (5), which enables the chemical to be transferred from the chemical reservoir (7) to the pump (3), in other words, provides the connection between the pump (3) and the chemical reservoir (7).

Chemical system according to Claim 8 or 9 or 11 characterized in that the chemical system comprises at least one sealing member (4), which provides the sealing between the pump (3) and the pump housing (31) and/or between the pump housing (31) and the reservoir button connecting piece (8) and/or between the pump (3) and the injection tube (5).

13. Chemical system according to Claim 12 characterized in that the sealing member (4) is positioned between the pump (3) and the pump housing (31) and/or between the pump housing (31) and the reservoir button connecting piece (8) and/or between the pump (3) and the injection tube (5).

14. Chemical system according to Claim 1 characterized in that the chemical system comprises at least one chemical carrier (21), which enables the chemical drawn by the pump (3) from the chemical reservoir (7) to be conveyed to the ceramic sanitary ware (92).

15. Chemical system according to Claim 14 characterized in that one end of the chemical carrier (21) is connected to the pump (3).

16. Chemical system according to Claim 14 or 15 characterized in that the chemical carrier (21) is a hose.

17. Chemical system according to any one of Claims 14-16 characterized in that one end of the chemical carrier (21) is positioned into the overflow tube (93), which enables the excess water within the flush tank (91) to be drained into the ceramic sanitary ware (92), in such a way that said chemical carrier (21) enables the chemical to be conveyed directly into the bowl of the ceramic sanitary ware (92).

18. Chemical system according to Claim 14 characterized in that the chemical system comprises at least one guide (2), which enables the chemical drawn by the pump (3) to be transferred to the chemical carrier (21).

19. Chemical system according to Claim 18 characterized in that one end of the guide (2) is fixed to the pump (3).

20. Chemical system according to Claim 14 or 18 characterized in that one end of the chemical carrier (21) is fixed on the guide (2).

21. Chemical system according to any one of Claims 2-4 characterized in that the button (10) is a button (10), which has an open-top and hollow structure permitting the filling of the chemical in the chemical reservoir (7).

22. Chemical system according to Claim 21 characterized in that the button (10) contains at least one chemical filling channel (6), which permits the filling of the chemical reservoir (7) with the chemical.

23. Chemical system according to Claim 8 characterized in that the reservoir button connecting piece (8) contains at least one chemical filling channel (6), which permits the filling of the chemical in the chemical reservoir (7).

24. Chemical system according to Claim 21 or 23 characterized in that the chemical filling channel (6) of the reservoir button connecting piece (8) is connected with the chemical filling channel (6) of the button (10).

25. Chemical system according to Claim 21 characterized in that the chemical system comprises at least one button cover (11), which covers the opening on the button (10) where the replenishment of the chemical is performed.

26. Chemical system according to Claim 25 characterized in that the button cover (11) is a button cover (11), which, when in the closed position, enables the force to be transmitted to the pump (3) to be imparted on the button (10) and which is opened when the replenishment of chemical is to be performed for said chemical reservoir (7) to allow the replenishment of chemical for the chemical reservoir (7).

27. Chemical system according to any one of the Claims 2-4 characterized in that the button (10) is positioned on the cover of the flush tank (91).

28. Chemical system according to any one of the preceding claims characterized in that the ceramic sanitary ware (92) is a toilet.

CHEMICAL SYSTEM INTEGRATED INTO A FLUSH TANK

DESCRIPTION

Subject of the Invention

The invention relates to a system, which is positioned in a flush tank and which enables a chemical to be transferred in to the bowl of a ceramic sanitary ware upon being triggered.

State of the Art

The ceramic sanitary ware are commonly used in many spaces, particularly the bathrooms, toilet rooms and kitchens. It is necessary to clean the ceramic sanitary ware after their use. Following the use of the ceramic sanitary ware like toilet and squatting toilet, various flushing systems are employed in order to both remove the wastes from within the ceramic sanitary ware and clean the bowl surfaces. Most of the time, the water is collected in a flush tank or similar reservoir and the flushing is achieved by way of discharge of said water into the bowl. Even though flushing with water provides partial cleaning, it is necessary to clean said ceramic sanitary ware also using various cleaning chemicals at certain intervals.

The cleaning by the use of various chemicals is performed by the user or by a janitor in the public spaces. On the other hand, there are also present the embodiments enabling the transfer of a chemical along with the flushing fluid into the ceramic sanitary ware. Today, the tablets are utilized, which are most of the time positioned into the flush tank or into the bowl of the ceramic sanitary ware. The tablet positioned into the flush tank is dissolved in the fluid present within the flush tank and is conveyed to the bowl of the ceramic sanitary ware upon the discharge of the flushing fluid into said bowl of the ceramic sanitary ware. In the embodiment where said tablets are positioned into the bowl of the ceramic sanitary ware, the flushing fluid comes into contact with the tablet present in the bowl of the ceramic sanitary ware while said flushing fluid is discharging from the flush tank into said bowl of the ceramic sanitary ware, a part of the tablet is dissolved and distributed into the bowl together with the flushing fluid. In said embodiments, the use intervals of the flushing system may affect the quantity of chemical transferred into the bowl of the ceramic sanitary ware; more specifically, the desired effect is not possible to achieve in the embodiments where an adequate extent of dissolution has not yet taken place in the flushing fluid as the flushing system is activated frequently. In the embodiments where the tablet is positioned into the ceramic sanitary ware, the proportion of the chemical carried by the flushing fluid varies depending on the position of the tablet, type of the ceramic sanitary ware and similar variables, and it may not be possible to achieve an effective cleaning every time. It is known that such tablets are commonly preferred for their scent, rather than their cleaning effect.

Owing to the chemical system integrated into the flush tank according to the invention, since the transfer of the chemical to the ceramic sanitary ware is realized by the user, both the quantity of chemical and the time when the chemical is to be transferred may be adjusted and thus, the desired flushing action is achieved everytime irrespective of the variables associated with use. of the Invention

An object of the invention is to develop a system, which enables a desired quantity of chemical to be transferred into the bowl of the ceramic sanitaryware upon being triggered by the user.

Another object of the invention is to develop a system, the chemical reservoir of which is positioned into the flush tank and which, upon being triggered, enables the chemical to be transferred via the flush tank overflow tube into the bowl of the ceramic sanitary ware.

Detailed Description of the Invention

The invention relates to a system, which is positioned in a flush tank (91) and which enables a chemical to be transferred into the bowl of a ceramic sanitary ware (92) upon being triggered. More particularly, the invention relates to a system whereby a quantity of chemical is drawn from a chemical reservoir (7) and is transferred into the bowl of the ceramic sanitary ware (92) upon said system being triggered by a user.

The system according to the invention comprises in its most basic form at least one chemical reservoir (7), in which the chemical is stored and which is positioned into the flush tank (91) and at least one pump (3), which enables the chemical to be drawn from the chemical reservoir (7) and to be transferred into the ceramic sanitary ware (92).

A preferred embodiment of the invention comprises at least one button (10) enabling to impart the force, which is required for said pump (3) to draw the chemical in the chemical reservoir (7) and transfer the same into the ceramic sanitary ware (92). The force imparted on the button (10) is transmitted to the pump (3) via at least one pump contact surface (13) said button (10) includes.

Said system comprises at least one button body (12), in which the button (10) will be positioned and will be able to freely move. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the button body (12) is fixed on the flush tank (91). Said system comprises at least one fixing member (14) enabling the button body (12) to be fixed on the flush tank (91). After the button body (12) is passed through the hole on the flush tank (91) or on the cover of the flush tank (91), the fixing member (14) is fitted on the button body (12) from the other surface of the flush tank (91) or of the cover of the flush tank (91) and the fixing member (14) advances on the button body (12) preferably as a result of being turned, abuts the flush tank (91) or the cover of the flush tank (91) and enables the button body (12) to be fixed.

The chemical reservoir (7) is fixed to the button body (12), and upon fixing the button body (12) on the flush tank (91), the chemical reservoir (7) also becomes fixed on the flush tank (91). A preferred embodiment of the invention comprises at least one reservoir button connecting piece (8), which enables to achieve the connection between the chemical reservoir (7) and the button body (12).

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the pump (3) is positioned into at least one pump housing (31). In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the pump housing (31) is fixed on the reservoir button connecting piece (8), thereby enabling the pump (3) to be also fixed to the reservoir button connecting piece (8).

The force imparted on the button (10) by the user is transmitted to the pump (3) and, by means of this force, the pump (3) is enabled to draw a quantity of chemical from the chemical reservoir (7). A preferred embodiment of the invention comprises at least one injection tube

(5), which enables the chemical within the chemical reservoir (7) to be transferred to the pump (3), in other words, provides the connection between the pump (3) and the chemical reservoir (7). Said injection tube (5) is connected to the pump (3) and enables said pump (3) to draw the chemical from the chemical reservoir (7). A preferred embodiment of the invention comprises at least one sealing member (4), which is positioned between the pump (3) and the pump housing (31) and/or between the pump housing (31) and the reservoir button connecting piece (8) and/or between the pump (3) and the injection tube (5) in order to provide the sealing between the pump (3) and the pump housing (31) and/or between the pump housing (31) and the reservoir button connecting piece (8) and/or between the pump (3) and the injection tube (5).

The chemical drawn by the pump (3) from the chemical reservoir (7) is conveyed to the ceramic sanitary ware (92) via at least one chemical carrier (21), which is connected at one end to said pump (3). In a preferred embodiment of the invention, said chemical carrier (21) is a hose. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, one end of said chemical carrier (21) opens into the overflow tube (93), which enables the excess water within the flush tank (91) to be drained into the ceramic sanitary ware (92), and enables the chemical to be conveyed directly into the bowl of the ceramic sanitary ware (92) through the overflow tube (93).

A preferred embodiment of the invention comprises at least one guide (2), which enables the chemical drawn by the pump (3) to be transferred to the chemical carrier (21). In this embodiment, the guide (2) is fixed on the pump (3) and the chemical carrier (21) is fixed on the guide (2). In other words, one end of the guide (2) is connected to the pump (3) and the other end of the same is connected to the chemical carrier (21).

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the filling of the chemical reservoir (7) with the chemical is achieved via the button (10). In this embodiment of the invention, the button (10) has an open-top and hollow structure and contains at least one chemical filling channel (6). Similarly, the reservoir button connecting piece (8) also has at least one chemical filling channel (6). The chemical filling channel (6) of the reservoir button connecting piece (8) is connected with the chemical filling channel (6) of the button (10). The chemical filling channel

(6) of the button (10) is fixed to the chemical filling channel (6) of the reservoir button connecting piece (8) and the chemical filled via the open mouth of the button (10) passes through the chemical filling channels (6) and reaches the chemical reservoir (7). In this way, the replenishment of the chemical may be realized without having to remove the chemical reservoir (7) from the flush tank (91), in other words, without any disassembly procedure being necessary. A preferred embodiment of the invention comprises at least one button cover (11), which covers the opening on the button (10) where the replenishment of the chemical is performed. Said button cover (11) is a button cover (11), which, when in the closed position, enables the force to be transmitted to the pump (3) to be imparted on the button (10), and which further is opened to allow the replenishment of chemical for the chemical reservoir (7) via the chemical filling channel (6), when the replenishment of chemical is to be performed for said chemical reservoir (7).

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the button (10) enabling the chemical to be transferred into the bowl of the ceramic sanitary ware (92) is positioned on the cover of the flush tank (91), preferably on the same surface as the member enabling to trigger the flushing system.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, said chemical is a detergent, a disinfectant or a similar cleaning or perfuming fluid.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the ceramic sanitary ware (92) is a toilet.
