Abstract:
[Problem] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a chemical volatilizer with which it is possible to easily replace a volatilizing body without touching the volatilizing body and to suppress any leakage of a chemical liquid outside of a liquid accommodator even if the liquid accommodator is tilted or otherwise moved. [Solution] This chemical volatilizer 1 comprises a liquid accommodator 2, a volatilizing body 5 that is inserted into the liquid accommodator 2 via an upper-end opening 20 in the liquid accommodator 2, and a holder 6 that holds the volatilizing body 5 such that a suctioning part 50 is impregnated with a chemical liquid inside the liquid accommodator 2 and such that a volatilizing part 51 is exposed to the exterior of the liquid accommodator 2. The holder 6 is provided with a first member 7 and a second member 8. The first member 7 and the second member 8 are respectively provided with a first lid member 70 and a second lid member 80 that cover the upper-end opening 20 in the liquid accommodator 2 and are lined up so as to form an insertion hole 64 through which the volatilizing body 5 is removed, and also are respectively provided with a first sandwiching member 71 and a second sandwiching member 81 that sandwich the volatilizing part 51. Additionally, the first member 7 and the second member 8 can be opened and closed between a closed state, in which the first sandwiching member 71 and the second sandwiching member 81 approach each other and sandwich the volatilizing part 51, and an open state, in which the first sandwiching member 71 and the second sandwiching member 81 separate from one another.
