Abstract:
Provided is a strengthened glass plate comprising: a compressive stress layer having a compressive stress of 20 MPa or more continuously from a main surface in the depth direction; and a tensile stress layer provided on the inner side of the compressive stress layer in the plate thickness direction and having a tensile stress of 20 MPa or more continuously in the depth direction. The strengthened glass plate comprises a stress-neutral layer between the compressive stress layer and the tensile stress layer. The stress-neutral layer has a compressive stress of less than 20 MPa and/or a tensile stress of less than 20 MPa continuously in the plate thickness direction, and has a thickness of 5.3% or more of the plate thickness.
