Abstract:
A chemiluminescence immunoassay instrument washing system with a uniformly-mixing function, comprising: a base plate (1) and a uniformly-mixing base (2) slidably arranged on the base plate (1), the uniformly-mixing base (2) having a clamping position, a material filling position and a washing position in the slide stroke thereof; a washing cup holder (3), fixedly arranged on the uniformly-mixing base (2) and provided with washing holes (30) distributed in the length direction; a uniformly-mixing assembly (4), fixedly arranged on the uniformly-mixing base (2) and used for enabling the washing cup holder (3) to carry out horizontal reciprocating swinging and uniformly mixing solutions in reaction cups in the washing holes (30); and a washing head (5), movably arranged on the base plate (1), capable of carrying out lifting movement relative to the base plate (1), and provided with washing needle groups (50) in one-to-one correspondence to the washing holes(30) and at least one substrate filling needle (51) thereon. A washing mechanism and a uniformly-mixing mechanism are cooperated, and the functions of pre-adsorption and cup puncturing prevention are added, thereby greatly improving the washing effect and the substrate uniformly-mixing effect, facilitating the reduction of space occupation and gripper running times, increasing the detection efficiency and improving the running safety and reliability, and facilitating the realization of the micro development of the instrument.
