Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a chicken flavor composition and a chicken flavor enhancer, said composition and enhancer being capable of imparting an improved chicken flavor, and a food, drink or seasoning containing the composition or enhancer. The present invention relates to a chicken flavor composition and a chicken taste enhancer that contain 1,5-octadien-3-ol and/or 1,5-octadien-3-one, and a food, drink or seasoning containing the composition or enhancer.
