Provided is a child blanket-kick detection apparatus, comprising: a thermobattery infrared temperature measurement sensor (101), arranged to: sense a temperature-information signal of a test target; a weak-signal amplification and filtering unit (102), arranged to: receive the temperature-information signal sent by the thermobattery infrared temperature measurement sensor, and obtain the temperature signal of the test target according to the temperature-information signal; a signal conversion unit (103), arranged to: convert the temperature signal of the test target into an electrical signal; a central processing unit (104), arranged to: process the electrical signal and obtain temperature data of the test target, and, according to a comparison and analysis of the temperature data of the test target with pre-obtained temperature data of the test target, obtain information determining kicking of the blanket by the test target.
