Abstract:
Provided are: a chimeric antigen receptor comprising a target antigen binding region, a transmembrane region and a signal transduction region, in which the transmembrane region contains, at the C-terminal thereof, a first polypeptide selected from the group consisting of (1a) a polypeptide which comprises an amino acid sequence having such a structure that at least three amino acid residues are deleted from the C-terminal in the amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO:1, (1b) a polypeptide which comprises an amino acid sequence having a 85% or higher sequence identity with the amino acid sequence for the polypeptide (1a), and (1c) a polypeptide which comprises an amino acid sequence having such a structure that one or several amino acid residues are mutated in the amino acid sequence for the polypeptide (1a); and a cell capable of expressing the chimeric antigen receptor.
