Abstract:
The present invention relates to a Chinese herbal medicine active substance @ vesicle complex having hair care and growth effects, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The complex comprises a Chinese herbal medicine active substance and a vesicle. The Chinese herbal medicine active substance is encapsulated in the vesicle, wherein a hydrophilic substance is coated in a hydrophilic micro-region thereof, i.e. in a water core; a hydrophobic substance is solubilized between double-layer membranes of the vesicle. In the Chinese herbal medicine active substance @ vesicle complex of the present invention, the Chinese herbal medicine active substance and the vesicle are combined into one, and the core-shell double-layer membrane structure of the vesicle can solubilize hydrophilic and hydrophobic active ingredients in Chinese herbal medicine extracts, and also form a stable Chinese herbal medicine active substance @ vesicle micro-ecological environment around the scalp and hair follicles by virtue of its own selective permeability and sustained-release performance, thereby obtaining the best utilization of the drug efficacy and achieving the effect of hair care and growth. The present invention has better permeability, dispersibility and sustained-release performance, has a simple process, and has good application in the fields of cosmetics, drug delivery and controlled release.
