Abstract:
A chip bearing assembly, and a chip test apparatus and method. The chip bearing assembly is used for fixing chips of different sizes, and comprises a rotatable vertical rod (10), a cross beam (20), a first side wall (31), and a second side wall (32). The rotatable vertical rod (10) is provided with a gear (11) whose gear teeth surround the rotatable vertical rod (10). A first through hole (21) and a first sliding groove (22) are provided in the cross beam (20). The top of the first side wall (31) is connected to a first connecting rod (41) located in the first sliding groove (22). The top of the second side wall (32) is connected to a second connecting rod (42) located in the first sliding groove (22), and a side surface of the first connecting rod (41) is provided with a plurality of first gear grooves (411) in linear arrangement. The rotatable vertical rod (10) is configured to rotate in the first through hole (21) so as to drive the gear (11) to rotate. Thus, the gear teeth (12) mesh with the first gear grooves (411), thereby driving the first side wall (31) to be relatively close to or away from the second side wall (32).
