Abstract:
A chip for detecting water based on surface plasmon resonance and biological sensing is disclosed. Wherein, the chip for detecting water comprises: a light source (1), a beam expander (2), a polarizer (3), an isosceles right-angle prism (4) and a matrix gold film (5) on its slant side surface, a quarter wave plate (7), a polarization detector (8), an imaging lens (9) and an area array CCD (10), which are arranged in turn along the light path direction. A bio-sensitive film (11) is formed on a non-reflection face of the matrix gold film (5) via biological modification. The lower surface of the bio-sensitive film (11) is a substrate layer coupled to the gold film (5) and the upper surface thereof is provided with an antigen or an antibody of the pollutant to be detected. The chip for detecting water in the present invention can detect the concentrations of several different substances in the water by once, which has simple light path and mechanical structure, thus improving the efficiency in detecting water body.
