Abstract:
The present invention relates to a display device manufacturing method and particularly, to a chip dispenser for supplying micro LEDs. The present invention provides a chip dispenser comprising: a body part for accommodating a fluid and semiconductor light-emitting devices, and discharging the accommodated fluid and semiconductor light-emitting devices; a pressure control part for varying the pressure inside the body part; and a stirring part disposed at at least one of the inside and outside of the body part, and stirring the fluid accommodated in the body part, wherein the pressure control part increases the pressure inside the body part so that, in a state where the stirring part has stirred the fluid, the fluid and semiconductor light-emitting devices are discharged to the outside.
