Abstract:
A chip on film tape baseplate of a liquid crystal panel and a liquid crystal panel using such a tape baseplate. The tape baseplate (20) is arranged with, along the longitudinal direction thereof, a plurality of chip on film encapsulation units (21). The encapsulation units include input end leads (211) and output end leads (212), and within each of the encapsulation units (21), along the longitudinal direction of the tape baseplate (20), the input end leads (211) and the output end leads (212) are respectively provided on the two sides of the tape baseplate (20).
