Abstract:
A chip sorting method, comprising: step S401, a sorting machine (12) obtains position information of a current chip in a feeding tray (123); step S402, the sorting machine (12) determines grouping information of the current chip according to a mapping relationship between position information of a chip to be sorted in the feeding tray (123) and grouping information of the chip to be sorted; and step S403, the current chip is placed into a discharging tray (124) at a sorting position corresponding to the grouping information of the current chip, wherein the discharging tray (124) is configured to place one or more grouped chips. A chip sorting apparatus (700), comprising an obtaining module (701), a determination module (702), and a control module (703). A testing and sorting system (10), comprising a testing machine (11) and a sorting machine (12). A sorting machine (12), comprising a processor and a memory. A computer-readable storage medium, wherein the readable storage medium stores an executable program, and when the executable program is executed by the processor, the chip sorting method is implemented. The sorting machine (12) determines the grouping information of each chip according to the position of the chip on the feeding tray (123), and then places the chip into the corresponding discharging tray (124) without repeatedly testing the chip, such that the sorting of the grouped chips can be completed, and the test efficiency is improved.
