Abstract:
Disclosed is a chipless cutting machine comprising a mainframe, a turntable and a clamping device (1) arranged on the mainframe, a driving electric motor (2) for driving the turntable to rotate, and a mechanical cutting device (3) arranged on the turntable, wherein said mechanical cutting device comprises a base, a cutting blade (9, 9') arranged on the base, and a feeding/retracting adjustment mechanism for adjusting the radial feeding depth of the cutting blades. The feeding/retracting adjustment mechanism comprises a planetary gear (7) and a screw rod feeding/retracting mechanism (8) cooperating with a rotation shaft of the planetary gear, with the screw rod feeding/retracting mechanism being connected to the cutting blade. The turntable is provided with an internal gear (6) cooperating with the planetary gear. The chipless cutting machine performs two actions i.e. the rotation of the turntable and the feeding of the cutting blade at the same time via a driving motor, and it achieves a synchronous coordination function between the rotation and cutting blade, thereby reducing the "chilling" phenomenon and securing chipless cutting.
