Abstract:
The present invention relates to a chiral spiro ammonium salt compound, and a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. Specifically, the compound has the following optical pure or racemic compound represented by structural formula I. The present invention further provides a compound synthesis method. The method can synthesize a chiral spiro ammonium salt compound having a high yield. The compound has a wide application prospect in asymmetric synthesis as a potential chiral phase transfer catalyst.
