CLAIMS 1. Chisel making hole on brick cement wall comprises: + chisel head 1 with central hole 8, direction guild tube 3, chisel 2 and coat 4, follow this chisel body 2 have central hole 15 could rotate outside direction guild tube 3, upper rotate piece 10 and lower rotate piece 9 could slide connect together when receive the power 12 on head of coat 4 to divide into two power 13 and power 14, springs 5 was fix in two ends by hole 6 and 1 1 help chisel head and chisel body could rotate back the original position. The angel of upper rotate piece 10 and lower rotate piece 9 could adjust to create different power depends on material need to make hole, or in addition to make countersink could rotate clockwise or counterclockwise. |
Technical field of the invention
This invention mention about one kind of manual chisel for making hole on brick wall, this chisel also is a screwdriver or wood chisel when use the fix button.
Background of the invention
Now a day people use electric drill to make a hole on brick cement wall. So it will cause of some disadvantages such as need to have a drill, power source, electric wire, or in case of far distance between the place of working to the hole.
Summary of the invention
The goal of this invention is making a manual chisel that could make a hole on brick cement wall without using electric, much lower cost than an electric drill, this tool could be a screwdriver or wood chisel when changing the countersink.

The FIG. 2 is a perspective view of chisel head and chisel body, showing structure of upper rotate piece 10 and lower rotate piece 9.
Detail description of the invention
Chisel content head 1 cylinder shape fix with direction guild tube 3 and have central hole 8; body 2 cylinder shape hold outside and could rotate outside direction guild tube 3 by central hole 15, body 2 fix with countersink holder 7, coat 4 cylinder shape fix with head 1 and could rotate outside body 2.
Springs 5 puts inside tube 8 on chisel head and tube 15 on chisel body, one end was fix on hole 1 1 and other was fix on hole 6.
Upper rotate piece 10 was slide connect with lower rotate piece 9.
When making a power on the head of coat 4 with the direction 12, coat 4 was stable keep on hand then the upper rotate piece 10 will connect slide with lower rotate piece 9 create to 2 divided powers on direction 13 and 14. Follow this the power direction 12 will lead the countersink go to the wall, and the other power will rotate the countersink on direction 14 and help it pierce on the wall after the cement was pull out. After that springs will help chisel head and chisel body rotate back the previous position; then end a cycle.
Depends on the skew angle of upper rotate piece 10 and lower rotate piece 9 then the power 12 will divide to power 13 and 14 was different and inversely proportional. If this angle was more level with the vertical direction (as the drawing) then power 13 will increase and power 14 will decrease and reverse. Springs 5 help chisel body 2 and countersink 3 always back the original position with the head 1 as the drawing after was force by power 12 in order to make new cycle.
The upper rotate piece 10 and lower rotate piece 9 could design the angel in order to make countersink could rotate clockwise or counterclockwise direction.
The countersink holder could lease and firm help to hold various countersink or screwdriver bit.
