Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for preparing a chlorine-resistant highly permeable water-treatment membrane, comprising the steps of: forming, on a porous support, a layer of an aqueous solution of amine using an aqueous solution of amine comprising a fluorine compound having an epoxy group at the end thereof and an amine compound; and permitting an organic solution of acyl halide to contact the layer of an aqueous solution of amine so as to form a polyamide membrane which contains the fluorine compound. The present invention also relates to the water-treatment membrane prepared by the method.
