Abstract:
The present invention discloses a chloroacetic acid continuous production device and a production process thereof. The chloroacetic acid continuous production device comprises a chlorination tower, a condensation tower, a hydrogen chloride collecting device, a heating tank and a semi-finished product tank. The tower body of the chlorination tower is provided with a raw material inlet and an acyl chloride return port both on the tower body, a gas outlet located at the upper part of the tower top, a chlorine inlet in the tower part of the tower body and a chlorine disperser inside the tower body, and a semi-finished product tank outlet at the bottom of the chlorination tower. During the chlorination reaction, two catalysts having an acetic anhydride and an acetyl chloride are reacted. The chloroacetic acid product prepared therein exhibits less side effect, less environmental pollution, high degree of automation and enhanced production efficiency.
